The Tears in Rain

Ingredients

• 2 oz Japanese whisky
• 0.5 oz yuzu juice
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 bar spoon activated charcoal water

Instructions

1. 1Stir Japanese whisky, yuzu juice, honey syrup, and bitters with ice.
2. 2Strain into a rocks glass over a large clear ice cube.
3. 3Add a bar spoon of charcoal water, which will sink and create a rainy effect.
4. 4Sip in the dark with neon reflecting off your glass.
5. 5All those moments will be lost, like this drink.
