Instructions

1Fill Collins glass with ice
2Combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, peach schnapps, and bitters in shaker
3Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
4Strain into ice-filled Collins glass
5Top with ginger beer and gently stir
