2 oz dark rum
0.5 oz blackberry liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1Combine rum, blackberry liqueur, lime juice, and demerara syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add bitters on the surface.
5Toast to Death — he's surprisingly good company.
