The Tip Envelope

Ingredients

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Shake rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice with ice.
2. 2Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
3. 3Top with ginger beer.
4. 4Stir gently once to combine.
5. 5Serve on the lido deck or wherever you pretend your living room is a yacht.
