Ingredients

1.5 oz honey bourbon
0.75 oz lavender syrup
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz butterfly pea flower tea (cooled)
1 egg white

Instructions

1Dry shake egg white, bourbon, lavender syrup, and lemon juice for 10 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
4Slowly pour the butterfly pea flower tea to create a color-shifting layer.
5Let it settle before serving.
