Kryptonite Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz Midori melon liqueur
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake mezcal, lime juice, Midori, agave syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds without ice.
2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Dot the foam with orange bitters and drag a toothpick through to create a bat silhouette pattern.
5. 5Serve immediately with no garnish to preserve the foam surface.
