Ingredients

2.5 oz blended Scotch whisky
0.25 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Orange peel

Instructions

1Combine Scotch, demerara syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2Stir for 30 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Express orange peel and place on the ice.
