Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz cold brew coffee liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh orange juice
• 0.5 oz Demerara syrup
• 3 dashes mole bitters
• 1 orange peel (for garnish)

Instructions

1. 1Combine aged rum, coffee liqueur, orange juice, Demerara syrup, and mole bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake firmly for 12 seconds
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
4. 4Express the orange peel over the surface and drop it in
5. 5Serve with an orange coin pressed against the inside of the glass
