Banana Stand Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• 1 oz banana liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 0.25 oz coconut cream
• 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, banana liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, coconut cream, and salt in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frothy and well chilled.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4No straw. No umbrella. Garnish with a dried banana chip on the rim — there's always money in it.
