Klaatu Barada Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz ginger beer
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Ancho Reyes, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into a copper mug or rocks glass over crushed ice.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir once.
4. 4Dash bitters over the top and garnish with a lime wedge and a small plastic skeleton pick.
