The Trident of Atlan

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz coconut cream
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz hibiscus syrup
• 1 oz chilled sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Blend rum, coconut cream, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup with crushed ice until smooth.
2. 2Pour into a chilled tiki mug or tall hurricane glass.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once.
4. 4Garnish with a pineapple frond, a skewer of fresh starfruit, and a paper trident pick through the fruit.
