The Inch Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz Demerara syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 large ice cube
• 1 orange peel

Instructions

1. 1Place a large ice cube in a heavy rocks glass.
2. 2Add bourbon, Demerara syrup, and both bitters directly in the glass.
3. 3Stir gently for 20 seconds with a bar spoon.
4. 4Express the orange peel oils over the surface and drop it in.
5. 5Serve with no additional garnish — let the drink speak.
