Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz maple syrup
0.5 oz coffee liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz beer (pilsner)

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, coffee liqueur, and bitters in a shaker
2Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
3Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice
4Float beer on top using back of a spoon
5Stir gently to combine
