2 oz mezcal
0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz agave nectar
1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1Shake mezcal, grapefruit juice, Aperol, and agave nectar with ice.
2Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3Top with sparkling water.
4Stir once gently.
