The Roxbury Neon

Inspired by A Night at the Roxbury

Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice

Instructions

  1. 1Shake coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and cranberry juice with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. 3Slowly pour grenadine down the side to create a sunset layer.
  4. 4Serve immediately.
