Flik's Clover Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz green chartreuse
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz egg white or aquafaba
• 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

1. 1Dissolve matcha powder in honey syrup by stirring vigorously until fully combined.
2. 2Add coconut rum, green chartreuse, lime juice, matcha-honey syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
3. 3Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds to build the foam.
4. 4Add ice and shake again hard for 12 seconds.
5. 5Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a clover leaf or mint sprig pressed flat against the foam.
