The Ronin's Sake Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz junmai sake
• 1 oz Japanese whisky
• 0.75 oz yuzu juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake sake, whisky, yuzu juice, simple syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds.
2. 2Add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
4. 4Allow the foam to settle and rise to the top.
