1 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1Combine ouzo, pomegranate juice, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
4Top with sparkling water and stir once gently.
