Hot Gates Sling

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz pomegranate juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 0.25 oz hibiscus syrup
• 3 dashes black walnut bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, pomegranate juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Drizzle hibiscus syrup over the top to create a blood-red surface layer.
4. 4Garnish with a pomegranate seed cluster and a charred rosemary sprig across the rim.
