The Cheesy Blasters

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz cheddar-washed honey syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz Amaro Nonino
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Prepare cheddar-washed honey: melt 2 tsp sharp cheddar into 2 oz honey syrup over low heat, strain cold.
2. 2Combine bourbon, cheddar honey syrup, lemon juice, Amaro, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the top — hot dog stuffed with pizza, shaken not stirred.
