The Jeff Chang

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.5 oz blue agave syrup
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• Pinch of chili salt
• Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, agave syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a chilled shot glass or a small rocks glass over ice.
4. 4Finish with a pinch of chili salt and a lime wedge on the side.
