Wishing Dust Spritz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz peach schnapps
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 3 oz prosecco
• 1 tsp butterfly pea flower syrup (color shift)

Instructions

1. 1Fill a champagne flute halfway with prosecco.
2. 2In a shaker with ice, combine peach schnapps, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and grenadine.
3. 3Shake briefly and strain slowly into the flute over the prosecco.
4. 4Drizzle butterfly pea flower syrup on top for a color-shifting purple-pink effect.
5. 5Garnish with a sugar rim dusted with edible pearl shimmer powder and a lemon twist.
